Hosting includes:

• Scheduling an hour-long or longer event for up to 100 people
     (extra charge for over 100 participants)

• Creating the event invitation for client to email to participants

• Scheduling a practice session with the client for training purposes

Facilitation includes:

• All of the above hosting

• Acting as facilitator and/or event host (if desired by client)

• Managing waiting rooms

• Managing slides (provided by client)

• Controlling the mute function as needed

• Monitoring the Chat function

• Recording the event (if desired by client) and providing recording to client

• Recording the Chat feature and providing to client
